Great app!

I have been using this app for more than a year and sleep so much better. I stopped using a regular alarm because my body is ready to wake when the alarm goes off and I feel rested. I used to hit snooze on my old alarm clock, but dont feel that I need the extra 5 minutes of sleep any more.
